I recently stayed at a charming hotel on a small lake for a relaxing getaway. The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning, especially in the evening and morning. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even preparing soup and wine for us when we arrived hungry. Our room had a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the lake. Additionally, the breakfast served on the terrace every morning was perfect, with fresh fruit, homemade jams, and a variety of options. the staff was incredibly attentive and caring, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return.

I had an amazing stay at a lovely B&B near the tip of North Holland. My room was simple but very clean and tidy, with a tranquil lake view. The owner and assistant were very friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, homemade jams, and muesli, and the optional evening meal was freshly prepared with great homemade soups. I also enjoyed the great terrace with sun all day. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Our room had a cozy patio with a lovely view of the city. It was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the mornings. As a family, we really appreciated this feature and it added to our overall enjoyment of the stay.
Personally, we didn't enjoy the lake view from our double room. However, we understand that others may find it pleasant.
